94 白果腐竹陽意米雞蛋糖水
功效: 潤.. ( 十大經典糖水之一, 我唔講,你都識煲啦)
材料:(4 至 6 人份量)
白果(己去殼) 1 兩
腐竹 3塊
陽意米 $2
雞蛋 四隻
冰糖 適量
做法:
1.先浸一浸陽意米.白果.
2.先煲熟雞蛋, 去殼待用.
3.水三大湯碗,煲滾。
4.煲滾後,將各材料放入再煲滾.
5.煲滾後改用細火煲1個小時。
6.放冰糖煲多10分鐘, 再落埋d雞蛋..即可..
注意:
可以係街市買d已經去殼既白果架..唔洗自己扑得咁辛苦啦..
