72 勝瓜肉片咸蛋魚肉粉絲湯
72 勝瓜肉片咸蛋魚肉粉絲湯
功效:
材料:(4 至 6 人份量)
勝瓜 1個
瘦肉 $6
咸蛋 2 隻
粉絲 1扎
魭魚肉 ~ $15
薑片 1塊
做法:
1. 勝瓜批皮, 切件. 用少許生抽,生油"頁" d 瘦肉片同魚片.粉絲浸軟.
2.水兩大湯碗,先放薑片, 瘦肉片, 煲滾.
3. 煲滾後,大約過20分鐘,放勝瓜,咸蛋黃,粉絲.
4. 再煲多10分鐘左右,d 勝瓜霖既時候, 再放埋d 魚肉.
5. 再再煲多5分鐘左右, 再再放埋d 蛋白做蛋花即可。
