57 節瓜咸蛋滾魚片湯
功效: 普通家庭湯水
材料:
節瓜 2 個
咸蛋 2 隻
魭魚片 1 條
粉絲 1 包
瘦肉片 約 $10
薑片 兩 片
做法:
1. 節瓜批皮, 切件. 用少許生抽,生油"頁" d 瘦肉片同魚片.粉絲浸軟.
2. 水兩大湯碗,先放薑片, 瘦肉片, 煲滾.
3. 煲滾後,大約過20分鐘,放節瓜,咸蛋黃,粉絲.
4. 再煲多10分鐘左右,d 節瓜霖既時候, 再放埋d 魚肉.
5. 再再煲多5分鐘左右, 再再放埋d 蛋白做蛋花即可.
飲後感:
好好味,好好飲
