90 東瓜肉片咸蛋魚肉湯
90 東瓜肉片咸蛋魚肉湯
功效:
材料:(4 至 6 人份量)
東瓜 斤半
瘦肉 $6
咸蛋 2 隻
大魚肉 ~ $15
薑片 1塊
做法:
1. 東瓜切件. 用少許,生粉,生抽,生油"頁" d 瘦肉片同魚片.
2.水兩大湯碗,先放薑片, 瘦肉片, 咸蛋黃煲滾.
3. 煲滾後,大約過30分鐘,放東瓜.
4. 再煲多10分鐘左右, 再放埋d 魚肉.
5. 再煲多5分鐘左右, 再放埋d 蛋白做蛋花即可。
