枸杞桂圆帮你解疲劳
【原料】枸杞子、桂圆肉各500克。
【制作】先将枸杞子洗净,然后与桂圆肉一并置砂锅内,加水用文火煎煮;边煮边搅动, 不使结底,时时加水,不使干枯;待熬成膏,用瓷罐收贮。
【服法】每日2次,每次取1匙,开水化开后服下。
【功效】补益心脾,滋养肝肾,养血安神,明目益智。适宜于思虑过度、心脾损伤、肾精 亏耗而致的头晕目糊、眼冒金星、视物不清、遇事善忘、注意力难以集中、神疲乏力、腰脊酸痛者进食。也可作为脑力劳动者调补服食。
