47 雪耳蓮子百合煲豬骨
功效: 強肺..勁呀...
材料:
雪耳 1 兩 半
蓮子 2 兩
百合 2 兩
豬骨 1 斤
蜜棗 4 粒
果皮 1 塊
做法:
1. 豬骨飛水,用 淸水浸軟雪耳,切走個"頂",其他各材料洗淨待用。
2.水三大湯碗,放入果皮先煲滾。
3.煲滾後,將各材料放入再煲滾。
4.再煲滾後改用細火煲3 個鐘。
5.最後落鹽調味即可。
注解:
飛水 - 用滾水煮瘦肉,使瘦肉肥油減少,d 湯冇咁肥膩....
