6 木瓜魚尾豆腐湯
6. 木瓜魚尾豆腐湯
功效: 木瓜清甜好味道,豆腐又唔會燥.
材料:
木瓜 1個
大魚尾 1條
豆腐 1件
生薑 4片
做法:
1.將大魚尾煎熟,。木瓜刮囊。
2.水三大湯碗煲滾。
3.煲滾後,將各材料放入再煲滾。
4.再煲滾後改用細火煲個半小時。(湯水呈現奶白色)
5.落鹽調味即可。
注解:
刮囊 - 刮走晒d核
飲後感:
成煲湯好清甜,d木瓜好甜,好'霖',而豆腐,魚尾可以送飯..鍾意飲清湯既人一定鍾意...食多d木瓜係咪真係會.......
