生熟意米糖東瓜粟米甘荀糖水
功效
: 聽個名咁有氣勢,緊係清潤啦....
材料
: 粟米 4支, 甘荀 2個, 生熟意米 (我買3蚊用晒), 糖東瓜 約30絛, 果皮 1塊
做法
:
1. 粟米洗淨切段,大細隨意,甘荀切片。各材料洗淨待用。果皮浸軟,浸軟後刮囊。
2. 水三大湯碗,放入果皮先煲滾。
3. 煲滾後,將各材料放入再煲滾。
4. 再煲滾後改用細火煲兩小時。
飲後感

簡簡單單既糖水,飲黎潤下喉,清下胃..幾好!!千祈唔好再落糖喎,d 糖東瓜已經好甜架啦...
