冰冰好料理 -06/29(四)
06/29(四) 料理大對決-
潘慧如
菜名: 鹹蛋蒸肉 材料:絞肉、鹹蛋黃、蔥花、蒜末
調味料:醬油、白胡椒粉、米酒
作法:
1~絞肉拌少許的醬油及蒜末,攪拌
2~肉餡上放鹹蛋黃3~放置電鍋蒸熟即可

菜名:薏仁排骨飯
材料:薏仁、排骨、油蔥、XO醬、蔥花、香菜、日式醬油、味琳、山島香松、綠豆仁
